Shannan Varriale

Shannan learned from a highly respected, masterful builder…Frank Varriale her father. She comes from a family that is passionate about building solid homes that inspire. Building on the basis founded by Frank, Shannan has been key in the evolution of the company for several years.

  What Frank started in 1977 has today become an obsession that defines the company philosophy. Frank is meticulous about every detail. With well defined taste and decades of industry expertise he is by all definitions a master of the trade.For decades, Frank has been a leader in building not only great homes but communities. He has led in developing communities that have provided the exceptional lifestyle we enjoy in this valley. These communities have contributed to being nationally ranked as one of the best places to live.

  After decades of building, Frank now serves in an advisory capacity. While he knows the company is in highly capable hands led by a philosophy he established, he will always have a passion for the business…a passion inherited by Shannan.

PROJECT MANAGER
Hayden Buzzini

Hayden Buzzini works with Galley Homes as a Project Manager and in-house handyman, contributing to projects from early design concepts through final construction details. A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Art, Hayden brings a creative perspective to the building process and enjoys helping shape thoughtful design elements that elevate each home.

As the son of Shannan Varriale, Hayden is proud to continue contributing to the family business and the legacy of craftsmanship that Galley Homes has built over the years. His hands-on approach and broad skill set allow him to assist with everything from problem-solving in the field to refining the details that make each home unique.

PROJECT MANAGER
Cole Buzzini

Cole Buzzini also works with Gallery homes as a project manager and handyman. He has Helped in the past with bump out work and smaller projects within our homes. He recently graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelors in Landscape Architecture. Where he has developed a great understanding of the construction process and a keen sense for sustainable landscape designs. As well as having a good understanding of stormwater management and irrigation. Cole has several years experience with software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and most Adobe products. He has contributed to numerous projects and competitions beyond Gallery Homes and is excited to apply his skills to the team.

As the other son of Shannan Varriale. He is proud to be able to help out with Gallery homes in any way they need him and looks forward to the ability to gain more experience.
